Where is Modjo's data hosted and how does GDPR compliance work?

All Modjo data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Economic Area, on AWS infrastructure in Paris (eu-west-3). No data is transferred outside the EU. Modjo acts solely as a data processor, provides a signed DPA, has conducted DPIAs, and handles right-to-erasure requests within 30 days. As part of our proactive compliance approach, Modjo presented its platform to the CNIL's AI Department in May 2025.

How does Modjo's sales intelligence compare to Fathom's note-taking?
